Account deletion
How to delete your TT Salon account and the data linked to it.
In the app
- Sign in to the app with your account.
- Open Profile, from the menu at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account. It is also in Profile → Settings.
- To confirm, type DELETE and tap Delete permanently.
This can't be undone.
If you can't sign in
Email support@ttsalon.com asking to delete your account, from the same email address you signed up with: that is how we link the request to the right account. We reply within one month.
What happens to your data
- We erase or anonymise your personal data: profile, contacts, chats, favourites and reviews, including your profile photo and the photos you sent in chats.
- Past bookings remain, anonymised, in the salons' statistics; future ones are cancelled.
- If you own salons, they are hidden.
- For security we keep for 30 days the log of the searches salons make to invite someone.
- The nightly backups of the database can contain your data for up to a year, then they are replaced.
