Terms of use
These terms govern the use of TT Salon. By using the app you accept them.
The service
TT Salon connects clients with beauty salons (barbers, hairdressers, beauticians and more): showcases, content, bookings, chat and reviews. The app is free for clients and nothing is bought or sold inside it.
Account
To book and message salons you need an account with true and up-to-date details. You're responsible for your credentials and for what happens with your account.
Bookings
A booking is an agreement between you and the salon, which remains responsible for the service. You can move or cancel within each salon's limit; after that, contact the salon. No payments take place in the app.
Content
You're responsible for what you publish (messages, photos, reviews). Unlawful, offensive, misleading content and spam are not allowed. You allow us to display your content in the app to provide the service.
Reviews
You can review only after a completed appointment, within 30 days. Reviews must be honest and respectful. The salon can reply publicly but can't delete them.
Reports and blocking
You can report content and users and block a chat. Administrators can hide content and suspend accounts that break these terms.
Salons
Salons publish content and manage their agendas. Salons are activated outside the app; when the period ends the salon is hidden without deleting any data.
Liability
We do our best to keep the service running without interruptions but can't guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law we're not liable for the services provided by salons.
Changes and closure
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumer rights remain unaffected, including the court of your place of residence.
